Mobile Device with SherpaDesk

  • Mobile Users must be Administrators in SherpaDesk
  • It is required that you use a local login (not LDAP or google)
  • Usually there was a local login set up, then forgotten if you are using LDAP

To reset you password & match it to LDAP

  • Login to SherpaDesk
  • Go to the right on the blue header and click the "guy" & my profile
  • Go to Password and click forget, you will get a link to reset
  • Go back to profile and change the password to match your LDAP
